QuadTech Extended Service Warranty Program

General Warranty Information
This warranty is non-transferrable, and takes effect on the date the unit ships from QuadTech  to the customer. Extended warranties are only available on purchases of new units, and is limited to the United States. All warranties are valid for 1 year.

Pricing
Prices quoted are in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any sales, use, revenue or excise tax, import duty (including brokerage fees) or other tax, fees or other charges imposed by any public authority applicable to the products and services described in the contract of sale. Prices quoted are subject to modification or withdrawal without notice unless otherwise stated in a written quotation.
Terms of Payment
Extended warranties must be paid at the time the extended warranty is purchased unless otherwise stated in writing.

Return of Units Under Warranty
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping back to QuadTech for units under warranty and QuadTech will pay for shipping the units back to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions
The extended warranty is considered void if, in the opinion of QuadTech, the product has been misused, altered, or tampered with in any way. QuadTech’s warranty obligation is limited to, at QuadTech’s discretion, refund of purchase price, replacement of defective product, or a no charge repair. Buyer must obtain a service RMA from QuadTech and return said product to a QuadTech designated service facility. This warranty is the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

Proof of Warranty
Customer should retain a copy of the Purchase Order as confirmation of their purchase of an extended service warranty. Units under warranty will be tracked by serial number.
