G2 Technologies

G2 Technologies has developed high speed (800 ft/min) visual inspection electrical test systems for the fabric, steel and plastics industries.  Additionally, they've developed fully automated systems integrated into the manufacturing process of various products. With G2 Technologies' experience in inspection, automation, process control, and data acquisition technologies, they are able to develop solutions that improve manufacturing processes and quality.

G2 Technologies is a National Instruments (NI) Alliance partner with 30+ years experience in test and measurement and over 100 turn-key systems shipped to date. Located in Apex, North Carolina G2 Technologies’ facility is the NI Certified Training Facility for North Carolina.  They also operate NI certified training facilities in Atlanta, Georgia and Tampa, Florida.  Not only do they develop NI based solutions, they also train engineers in the technologies used in those electrical test systems, enabling them to develop and maintain their own electrical test systems.

G2 Technologies' team consists of degreed software engineers with NI certifications as either Certified LabVIEW Developers and/or Certified Instructors.  All of their software engineers continually work on the next NI certification level.  In addition to the software engineers, there are two hardware engineers and 3 manufacturing technicians.  All positions at G2 Technologies require degrees.  There are two advance degreed personnel on staff, as well as one professional engineer.

G2 Technologies is housed in its own 13,000 square foot facility which has engineering, lab and manufacturing space.  All resources are located under one roof, facilitating communication, collaboration and excellent team work to get projects completed as specified in a timely manner.

Cytec and QuadTech partnered up to supply quality test solutions with hipot testing products for customers. Cytec Corporation is located in Upstate New York., and offers hipot testing devices. Cytec also designs and builds more than 25 different Switching Systems and Custom Switching Systems to meet client requirements.

QuadTech, Inc. and Underwriters Laboratories (UL) have entered into an agreement to jointly market Underwriters Laboratories Knowledge Programs for the Medical, Telecom and Test, Measurement & Laboratory Industries.
