Meridian Wire and Harness Analyzer

A common problem customers with aerospace applications run into is that cables are not always stationary when installed.  Many of our current customers have found value is utilizing the Meridian Flex Test. It is helpful in detecting intermittent opens and shorts in cables prior to installing. The Meridian Flex test scans for continuity at a rate of 7000 measurements per second and isolation at 500 measurements per second, allowing the cable to be twisted and flexed while ensuring its integrity.

Some bench top cable testers can’t make low resistance measurements. The Meridian's optional programmable High Current Source is capable of making those difficult measurements. Most cable testers use a current source of 5mA. The Meridian programmable High Current Source provides current up to 1A to meet demanding vendor requirements.
