QuadTech Sells Classic Product Line to IET Labs
Original GenRad Digibridge LCR Products & 1863/1864 Megohmmeters Sold to IET as QuadTech Focuses on Future Growth

Maynard, MA - - QuadTech, maker of test and measurement equipment, electrical safety test and passive component measurement solutions, announces that it has sold its remaining "Classic Product Line" (CPL II) to Long Island-based IET Labs, Inc which is ISO-17025, A2LA accredited. The majority of the CPL Line was sold to IET Labs in early 2000. The entire CPL Line of instrumentation represents those products acquired by QuadTech from GenRad in 1991. Over the past fifteen years, QuadTech has greatly expanded its product offerings to include Electrical Safety Analyzers, Digital Megohmmeters, Precision LCR Meters, Scanning Systems and Automation Software. These products will continue to be the main focus and core components of QuadTech's business as it moves into Test Systems.

All of the QuadTech employees who are involved with the CPL Line will be joining IET Labs at their West Roxbury MA location, which handles all phases of manufacturing, test and calibration. These employees have many years experience from their start at GenRad to the present. Their unparalleled skill and experience in building and servicing these instruments will carry over to maintain the same quality and reliability for which these products have always been known. IET Labs will restore and grow the market position of the Classic Product Line while maintaining the wider choice of its own IET product line. IET Labs pays particular attention to customer's specialized needs in calibration and metrology equipment. IET will provide sales, maintenance and customer support for all current CPL products and all products which are currently in use by customers.
