Before / After Calibration Data
Before and After Data can be provided if needed. Before Data is obtained by measurements that are made using NIST traceable standards when the unit arrives prior to calibration. Once the unit is calibrated and any necessary adjustments are made, after data is obtained using the same standards and test conditions as the before data. (Calibration not included in price).

Banana/BNC to Kelvin Clip Leads  
Kelvin clip lead set to BNC (2 feet in length) for connecting the 1320 Bias Current Source to the device under test.
