QuadTech has teamed up with Cytec to provide complete test solutions to our customers. QuadTech knows the importance of automation and being able to provide multi-point hipot, insulation resistance, and milliohmmeter measurements. QuadTech’s hipot testers, milliohmmeters and insulation resistance instruments can be controlled via RS 232 and IEEE interfaces.
When combined with Cytec’s high voltage scanners, customers are provided complete test systems with switching capabilities up to 5000V. Many of our customers are testing feedthroughs and multi-leaded medical products.

LabView drivers and Visual Basic programs are available for most of QuadTech’s hipot testers and insulation resistance meters. A wide variety of our customers in the aerospace and medical industries use hipot testers, insulation resistance meters and milliohmmeters in conjunction with Cytec’s HXV line of Scanners for multi-point testing.

QuadTech's Guardian 1010, Guardian 1030 and Hybrid 2000 hipot testers come standard with RS-232, enabling fast and easy integration in multi-point scanner applications. Our hipot testers offer AC, DC and IR testing. We can support up to 5000V AC, 6000 V DC, and offer up to 100 T IR. The LR2000 Milliohmmeter is ideal for low resistance measurements requiring a 4 terminal Kelvin connection and measurements down to 1µΩ.

For customers who need a higher voltage, we do offer specialty hipot testers, testing to 10000 AC, 20000 V DC.
