Description

QuadTester is a demonstration software package, containing the various software packages and test and measurement equipment that QuadTech offers.  The software highlights QuadTech’s softpanels software for power products, and CaptivATE automation software for many of QuadTech safety testers. Additionally, it includes free demonstration software for data loggers and wizards, used for control and data collection with QuadTech's test and measurement equipment, including; LCR meters, megohmmeters, hipot testers, AC/DC programmable sources and DC electronic loads.  The software is easy to install, operates on Windows XP or Windows 7, and allows communication to the various instruments via RS-232 interface.

The software package shows a family tree of all instrument families.  When an instrument is selected a description of the product will be shown on the right, along with a list of all available software packages, shown in the lower left hand corner.  Each software package will run in demo mode unless a product is connected. If there is a connected product, the software will run a free, fully function demo.

When a software product, such as CaptivATE Automation Software, is selected, more information on features and download instructions will be shown.   

The free demonstration software for EST products allows for logging of data to a file, uploading all memory locations from the tester to a file, and downloading the memory locations file back into the tester. 

The free demonstration software for LCR Meters and Milliohmmeters allows for configuration of the instrument and logging data to a file. 

QuadTester also shows functions of CaptivATE and CaptivATE HXV Automation software for electrical safety testing for both medical and non-medical customers.  Soft panels, for QuadTech’s line of AC and DC Programmable sources and DC Electronic Loads, which allow for control and data collection, are also shown.
